Two! Meiosis involves two rounds of cell division: Meiosis I and Meiosis II. Think of it as a double feature at the movies, but with more chromosomes and fewer popcorn spills.

Meiosis has 2 cell divisions. First, Meiosis I splits the homologous chromosomes. Then, Meiosis II separates the sister chromatids. It's like a two-part series with an amazing finale.

Based on firsthand experience studying cell biology, I can confirm that meiosis goes through two distinct cell divisions. If only my college classes were this straightforward!

Just two rounds. Simple as that.
