Actually, I think the number is closer to 30. They've released a bunch recently.

The number of full art Forests in Magic The Gathering is a bit hard to nail down because it changes as new sets are released. However, as of my last count, there were over 20 distinct full art Forests. This includes those from special sets like Unhinged, Unglued, and Zendikar expansions, among others. Keep in mind, with each new release, this number is likely to go up!

Last I checked, there's like 25-ish? MTG keeps popping out new sets, so the exact number can flux. But yeah, around 25.
