There are two main Fullmetal Alchemist series: the original Fullmetal Alchemist (2003) and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009). Brotherhood is more faithful to the manga!

Two! There's the 2003 series and the 2009 series called Brotherhood. Both are awesome, but Brotherhood sticks closer to the manga.
