It takes about 3 to 5 hits to take down a spider in Lethal Company, depending on what weapon you're using and your accuracy. Melee weapons take closer to 5 hits, while ranged weapons can do it in 3 if you're a sharp shooter.

Honestly, just run. Those spiders are more trouble than they're worth. If you really need to take one down, aim well and hope for the best in 3 hits.

Pro tip: Work with your team to distract and flank the spider. We took one down with a combo of ranged shots and melee attacks. Took us about 4 hits collectively. Coordination is key!
