Buckle up! The original Dragon Ball has around 42 hours, Dragon Ball Z clocks in at about 160 hours if you count the uncut episodes, Dragon Ball GT is a breezy 28 hours, and Dragon Ball Super adds another 75 hours or so. So yeah, you're looking at roughly 300+ hours of Saiyan awesomeness!
