The Demon Slayer game, Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Hinokami Chronicles, can take around 8-10 hours to complete the main story. If you're aiming for 100% completion, expect to spend 15-20 hours.

You can probably speedrun the main story in about 8 hours if you skip the cutscenes and don't get sidetracked. But hey, why rush such an awesome experience?

Honestly, it depends on your play style. Story alone: 8-10 hours. 100% completion with all the extras: 20 hours.

Main story: 8-10 hours. Completionists who want all achievements: 15-20 hours.

It took me around 12 hours to finish the main story because I kept getting distracted by side missions and trying to perfect my combat skills. Worth every second though!
