Honestly, it took me about 6 hours to finish the main story, but I got lost in all the side stuff and ended up playing for another 10 hours!

Sonic Forces is about 4-5 hours if you speed-run the main story, but could take around 8-10 if you're into collecting all the secrets and achievements.
