You can finish Sonic Mania in about 5-6 hours if you're just aiming to beat the game. But if you're a completionist, finding all the chaos emeralds and exploring every nook and cranny can take you closer to 12-15 hours!

Finished it in about 7 hours myself, but I took breaks to relive the nostalgia!

Honestly, beat the game in 4 hours if you're fast. Collecting everything? Maybe 10 hours tops.
