Oh man, keeping track of the exact number of cards printed in MTG is like trying to count all the stars in the sky! But as of my last dive into the numbers, there are over 20,000 unique Magic The Gathering cards. Considering all the expansions, special editions, and promo cards, it's a collector's never-ending quest.
