Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare has a leveling system for each character rather than traditional levels. Each character can level up to Level 10 through gameplay, which unlocks various upgrades and abilities. Plus, there are also 50 ranks to achieve for your overall profile, basically giving you tons of objectives to aim for!
Just to add, don't confuse Garden Warfare's leveling system with the classic PvZ stages. Garden Warfare is all about multiplayer madness and leveling up your fav characters, so no fixed 'levels' like the original game.
