How Many of The Legend of Heroes Games Are Translated?
As of now, the majority of the main entries in The Legend of Heroes series are translated, especially the Trails in the Sky, Trails of Cold Steel, and Trails of Azure/Zero games. But there are a few titles, especially older ones, that haven't received an official English translation yet.

A lot, but definitely not all. Especially the older games and some spin-offs are still in Japanese.
Most of the popular titles have been translated. Check out the latest releases on PlayStation, PC, or Nintendo — you'll find most of them in English!
I’ve been playing this series for years! Almost all the newer games are translated, but for some of the older titles, you'll need to rely on fan translations.
It’s a mixed bag. The big hits, yes. The obscure ones, not so much.
