How Many Packs Do You Need to Complete a Set in MTG Arena?
Completing a set in MTG Arena really depends on what you're after. If you're looking to get all the commons and uncommons, you'll need fewer packs compared to someone aiming for a full set with all the rares and mythic rares. On average, you might be looking at around 200-250 packs to complete a whole set if you're including rares and mythics. However, keep in mind the duplicate protection in MTG Arena helps a lot, as it ensures you won't get repeats of rares or mythics you already own until you've collected them all.

Honestly, it's more about the wildcards than the packs. You get wildcards from opening packs, and you can use these to directly get the cards you're missing. Focus on building your collection and use wildcards for those hard-to-get rares and mythics. So, while there's no magic number, focusing on accumulating wildcards could be a more efficient strategy!
250 packs? No way, that's overkill. I completed my last set with around 150 packs plus some strategic wild card plays. Remember, it's all about strategy, not just hoarding packs.
