Team Fortress Classic doesn't have the huge player base it used to, but you can still find games with around 200-300 players online at peak times. Just jump on Steam and check the current numbers!

Honestly, not a lot. Maybe 100-300 players on a good day. It's mostly die-hard fans keeping it alive.
