In the original Plants vs Zombies game, there are 49 unique plants that you can collect and use throughout the game. This includes everything from your basic Peashooter to the explosive Cherry Bomb. Remember, each plant has its own special abilities, so choose wisely to keep those zombies at bay!

Actually, if you count the upgrade plants and the ones you can unlock in the mini-games, puzzles, and survival modes, the total comes to more than the base 49. So, while 49 is your starting lineup, there's a whole bunch more to discover as you play.

Just 49 plants. And honestly, that's plenty to beat the zombies. Anyone saying you need more is just showing off.

If you're a Plants vs Zombies player looking for extra money or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Plants vs Zombies essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
