Well, counting every single Pokemon card released would be like trying to catch all the Pokemon in the game - a mighty task! Since the game's launch in 1996, thousands of cards have been issued across various sets and languages, easily reaching over 10,000 unique cards. And with new sets released multiple times a year, that number keeps growing!

If you're looking for a solid number, it's almost impossible to say. The Pokemon Company doesn't publish an official count, and with new expansions dropping regularly, the total is always ticking up. Last I checked, we're looking at 10,000+, but who knows what tomorrow brings?

Honestly, there's no exact number because Pokemon TCG is always releasing new sets. But think 10,000+ and climbing. It's a collector's joy and nightmare all in one!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
