Honestly, focusing just on stamina is a newbie move. Balance between hearts and stamina is key.
In Tears of the Kingdom, you're going to need to find and complete a total of 60 shrines if you're aiming to max out your stamina wheel. Just like its predecessor, BOTW, these shrines are dotted all over Hyrule, so keep an eye out and happy shrine hunting!
60 shrines for that full-circle stamina goodness. And yes, I counted each one as I powered through the game. Pure satisfaction!
