In Fallout 4, there's exactly one unique special book, and it's called the 'You're SPECIAL!' book. This nifty little item lets you increase one of your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats right away. You can find it in Sanctuary, under the crib in your old house. It's pretty neat for a quick stat boost early in the game!

Only one, the 'You're SPECIAL!' book. Honestly, I think they should've added more special books throughout the game for more hidden boosts. Missed opportunity if you ask me.
