Just got a 90's kid reality check when I looked into this - it's not cheap! A full set of the original 151 can cost a small fortune, especially if they're in good condition or first edition. Though, for just playing, newer or less pristine cards can be way more affordable.

Depends on where you look and the condition, but don't expect it to be cheap! Collectible markets can be wild.

The worth of all 151 original Pokemon cards can vary widely depending on their condition, rarity, edition, and whether they are graded. For a complete set of first edition cards in mint condition, prices can range from several thousand dollars to tens of thousands. It really depends on the specifics but expect to pay a pretty penny for a mint condition, first edition complete set!

A mint condition, first-edition Charizard alone can fetch thousands. So, yeah, the full 151? Start saving now!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
