It really depends. Miscuts are like the wild card of the Pokémon TCG world. Some people don't care for them at all, while others collect them on purpose. You might get lucky and find a buyer willing to pay extra for the rarity, but don't expect every miscut card to be a goldmine.
Most are just errors, not worth much more than the paper they're printed on. Rare exceptions exist, though.
