The more armor you have, the less damage you'll take, but it's a diminishing return. At 600 Armor, you get 67% reduction.
Just stack lots of armor and become a walking tank, though some frames with high armor still need mods for survivability!
Armor's good, but don't forget shields and health mods. Balance is key!
