Honkai Star Rail's budget is a well-kept secret, but given the scale and polish of the game, it's gotta be in the multimillion-dollar range. Game development ain't like baking a cake; more like building a skyscraper!

Nobody really knows except the folks at HoYoverse, but if you've seen the game, it screams big bucks. High-quality games don't come cheap, especially not ones this epic.

No official numbers have been released on the cost to develop Honkai Star Rail, but considering its detailed graphics, expansive world, and the fact that it's from a well-established studio like miHoYo (now HoYoverse), you can bet it wasn't cheap. AAA titles like this easily run into the millions, so we're likely looking at a hefty investment.

If you're a Honkai Star Rail player looking for extra shards or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Honkai Star Rail essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
