Nobody outside Riot really knows, but I'd bet my last Valorant Point it wasn't cheap. High-quality game development, especially with a studio like Riot? You're looking at big money.

Riot Games hasn't officially disclosed the exact budget for Valorant, but considering its quality, the hype it generated, and the extensive marketing campaigns, it's safe to say the cost was pretty hefty. We're likely talking millions of dollars, taking into account the development team's salaries, infrastructure, and all the promotional efforts.

The actual cost to develop Valorant remains a mystery, but given Riot Games' track record with big-budget titles, it's not a stretch to think they spared no expense.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
