Depends on where you shop, but I've picked up regular Hot Wheels for about a buck each at my local dollar store. Specialty versions or limited editions? Now those are a different story; they can cost a pretty penny more.

Just a dollar or so for the regular ones. But honestly, keep an eye out for sales and clearance deals; you can snag them for even less.

Hot Wheels prices can range quite a bit, but usually, the standard models start as low as $1 at big retailers. Of course, special editions or collector items can go for much more, sometimes even hitting the $100 mark for a single car if it's rare enough. Keep in eye out for those special releases; they can be quite the find!

Honestly, too much variation to give a straight answer. Some are a buck, others cost as much as a real car if you're talking about the collector's market. Stick to the basics if you just want some toy car fun without breaking the bank.
