From personal experience, I've seen accounts go for anywhere between $20 to $500. It all depends on the rarity and quantity of Pokémon.
Honestly, selling accounts is against Niantic's Terms of Service, so you risk getting the account banned. Proceed with caution!
They're worth whatever someone will pay for them. Could be $10, could be $1000.
