From personal experience, I can tell you that bosses tend to give significantly more EXP compared to the regular enemies. Just remember: every choice counts!
In Undertale, the amount of EXP you get from a kill varies based on the enemy. For example, killing Toriel gives you 100 EXP.
You do you, but trust me, staying on the Pacifist route has its own kind of rewards!
