There's a decent amount of filler in Boruto, but don't worry, it's not all bad. Some of it actually expands on the characters and gives you more insight into their lives.
As a Boruto fan myself, I've found that while there are definitely filler episodes, they often provide nice breaks from the intense main story arcs. Plus, some fillers are pretty entertaining!
