Boruto has too many fillers, IMO. Roughly a third of the episodes.

I've watched the entire series, and trust me, it's around 32% fillers. But hey, fillers can be fun too!

It's around 30-35% filler episodes in Boruto. Plenty of action-packed canon episodes to keep you hooked, though!
