Minimum 30 FPS if you enjoy a slideshow. Jokes aside, 60 FPS is decent, but 144 FPS and above is where the magic happens. Higher FPS equals smoother gameplay, making aiming and tracking much easier. So, crank those numbers up if you can!

FPS? As long as it doesn't look like a PowerPoint presentation, you're good. Seriously though, 60 FPS is fine.

From personal experience, playing Valorant at 144 FPS is a game changer compared to just 60 FPS. Everything feels more fluid, and I swear my reaction times have improved. If your rig can handle it, definitely go for 144 FPS or more.

Honestly, for a smooth experience in Valorant, you'll wanna aim for at least 60 FPS, especially if you're playing competitively. But if you're really looking to get the most out of the game, pushing for 144 FPS or higher can make a big difference in how responsive the game feels. Just remember, the higher your FPS, the smoother your game will play, which can be a real advantage in those clutch moments.
