Honestly, expert mode is just overkill. Stick to normal if you wanna have fun.
Expert mode in Terraria isn't just a slight step up, it's like the game goes from 'chill sandbox' to 'this sandbox bites back'. Enemies have more health, hit harder, and drop rates for items are better, so it's a real challenge but with better rewards. If you thought normal mode bosses were a walk in the park, expert mode bosses will make you rethink your strategies and possibly your life choices.
