In Apex Legends, every player starts with 100 health. But don't forget, you can boost this with shields! Evo Shields are key; they start at 50 extra health and can be leveled up by dealing damage, maxing out at 200 additional health. So, if you're fully kitted, you could be rocking a total of 300 health!

Just 100 base health, but it's all about the shields. Grab an Evo!

Honestly, while you start with 100 health, it's the shield game that really counts. I've turned around so many fights just by managing my shields better than the other squad. Upgrading those Evo Shields makes a huge difference!

100 health? Yep. But that's not the whole story. Shields, especially those Red Evos, are where it's at. It's like having an extra layer of armor that can go up to 200. So, technically, you're looking at up to 300 health if you play it right.
