Sho's ability isn’t about heat, it's more like freezing temperatures that slow time down. So, zero heat, basically.
Sho doesn't actually produce heat. His Adolla Burst lets him slow down time by cooling the area around him to near absolute zero!
Sho's power called Severed Universe makes it so cold it feels like he stops time. Pretty awesome but no flames!
