Fortnite's internet usage is pretty moderate, about 80-100 MB per hour in Battle Royale mode. Creative mode can be higher though!

I checked my data usage, and Fortnite averages about 100 MB per hour. But watch out for updates – they can be ginormous!

I did some testing and Fortnite typically gobbles up around 100-150 MB per hour. Not too bad considering all those Victory Royales!
