The worth of a Steam account really hinges on the games and content you've got loaded into it. Think of it as your personal gaming treasure chest; more and rarer treasures, higher the value! But if we're talking cold hard cash, it's a big ol' it depends. There are sites that can estimate it based on the games' current store prices, but remember, you can't officially sell your Steam account - it's against Valve's terms.

Just whatever the games on it cost when you bought them, minus a lot because digital games don't hold value like physical ones. So, don't plan retirement around it!

Honestly, it's priceless to me. Spent way too many hours and got way too many memories tied up in mine to slap a price tag on it. Plus, with all the game sales over the years, who can keep track?

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
