$30-ish? But honestly, why not wait for a sale? GTA 5 goes on sale more often than I go to the gym.
GTA 5's price? Too high for a game that's been out for ages. Should be free with a box of cereal by now.
The price of GTA 5 at Walmart can vary a bit based on whether you're snagging a physical copy or going for the digital version, and also if there's a sale happening.
