Not much, honestly. The game's free and the real value comes from how much YOU enjoy playing it. Plus, selling accounts violates the TOS, so better to just enjoy the game!

Depends on what you got in it. I sold mine with a bunch of rare skins for a decent amount. Buyer was super happy! Just be careful with who you deal with.
