Ah, the majestic Naga Dragon! It's currently considered one of the higher-tier pets, usually trading around the same value as a Frost Fury or an Owl. So, yeah, pretty valuable!
I traded my Naga Dragon for a Neon Unicorn plus some add-ons last week, and I think I got a pretty solid deal!
Hot take: The Naga Dragon is a bit overrated, IMO. You can probably get a better deal if you trade it for something people are really hyped about.
