Twitch generally takes 50% of the revenue from tier 1 subs. So if a sub costs $5, Twitch keeps $2.50.

Half. Doesn't matter if it's a $5 Tier 1 sub or a higher tier, streamers usually see 50% of it.

It's usually 50%! So, for a $4.99 sub, the streamer gets about $2.50, and Twitch gets the rest. Split's a bit better for bigger streamers though!
