The value of an Energy Pokemon card really depends on several factors like rarity, condition, and age. Most basic Energy cards are quite common and can be worth just a few cents. However, some special Energy cards, especially those that are holographic or part of limited edition sets, can be worth significantly more, ranging from a few dollars to even over $100 in mint condition.

Energy cards are the pennies of the Pokemon card world – everyone's got 'em, but they're not pulling the big bucks. Unless you've got something like a holographic or first edition special energy card, don't expect to retire on your collection.

Honestly, unless it's a rare special Energy card, you might get more value from the card in play than in cash. I've seen some rare ones go for good money, but your average Energy card? Not so much.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
