Apex Legends is killing it! Since it's a free-to-play game, they make bank through microtransactions - think cool skins, characters, and battle passes. The actual figures are kinda hush-hush, but reports from 2020 suggested they pulled in over $500 million in revenue. Considering its growing player base and constant updates, it's safe to say they're raking in even more now.

Honestly? More than my entire neighborhood combined, and then some. Those microtransactions add up fast.

A lot. Like, seriously, a ton. Apex Legends has been a cash cow for EA, thanks to everyone buying Apex Coins for those must-have cosmetics and new Legends. Don't have the exact numbers, but it's in the hundreds of millions per year, easy.

Not enough to justify the amount they charge for skins. ?

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
