I keep track of my hours by using the in-game profile stats - just click on your name in the top left corner!
Not much of a mystery, just check your War Thunder stats in the game. Easy peasy.
Pro tip: if you use Steam, just head to your library, click on War Thunder, and look at the 'Hours Played' field.
You can check your total playtime in War Thunder by logging into your profile on the War Thunder official website and going to the 'Statistics' section.
