Just slap a dollar on each and call it a day. Most folks at rummage sales aren't looking to spend a lot. If you've got some real rare ones, maybe set those aside and ask a bit more.
Honestly, just give them away to kids who look interested. It's more about the joy than the couple bucks you'll make.
Based on my experience, start at $1 for the common cars but bump the price up for anything that looks fancy or old. I had a few from the '90s that I sold for $10 each because they were in good shape and a bit harder to find.
