Honestly, selling it for $300 sounds reasonable, especially if you include an extra controller or some games. People love bundles!
I'd say around $200-$250 if it's in good condition. The Series S is a great budget console, so it should sell quickly!
I think $250 is a fair price, considering it's cheaper than new but still a great deal for buyers.
Sell it for whatever someone's willing to pay. Price it lower if you want it to move fast.
