The amount of XP you can earn in a Valorant game depends on the match's length and your performance. Generally, you'll get around 100 XP for each round played, plus an additional 200 XP for every round won. So, if you're in a match that lasts 24 rounds and your team wins half of them, that's somewhere around 4,800 XP. Remember, completing daily and weekly missions can significantly boost your XP gain too!

Just play and don't stress the XP too much. You'll earn it as you go. But roughly, expect a few thousand XP per game, more if you're winning and smashing those missions.

Honestly, it's not even about the XP per game. Just enjoy the gameplay and improve your skills. XP will come naturally.

Winning's where it's at. More rounds won = more XP. Simple as that.
