In my experience, Shinies pop up about 1 in 450 encounters. But hey, during community days, it can be as frequent as 1 in 25!
Honestly, it feels like Shinies never show up unless it's a special event or Community Day. RNG strikes again.
Shinies? Rare as a unicorn outside of events! Event days though, they practically rain from the sky.
