Characters like Historia and Jean are the same age as Eren, so 15 initially and 19 later. Reiner and Annie are a few years older, about 17 at the start.

As for my favorite, Sasha 'Potato Girl' Braus, she starts at 16 and is 20 in the final season. Makes me miss my youthful days of potato obsession.
