Honestly, Oda hasn't given us the exact ages of the Five Elders in One Piece. They're shrouded in as much mystery as the Void Century! But judging by their looks and the fact they've been around since before the start of the series, it's safe to say they're pretty old. Probably ancient.
If Oda ever decides to spill the beans on their ages, I'll eat my Straw Hat. Until then, we can only guess that they're older than most of the characters we've met.
Nobody knows, and anyone who says they do is making it up. The Five Elders are timeless, like fine wine or that one sock that's been behind the dryer for years.
