Goku starts his journey at the tender age of 11 in the original Dragon Ball series! He then grows up through the series, hitting 24 by the end of Dragon Ball Z (not counting time in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber).
As a hardcore fan, I can confirm Goku starts at 11 in Dragon Ball, and he's 24 by the end of Z. Super complicates things even more!
Who needs age when you can count Super Saiyan levels, am I right?
