Boruto Uzumaki is around 12-13 years old at the start of the series. Mitsuki is also around the same age, while Sarada Uchiha is about 12. Naruto, being the Hokage, is in his early 30s.

Everyone's ages get kind of fuzzy, but Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki are all about 12-13. Naruto and Sasuke are roughly 32-33.
