Speaking from experience, I can say aging seems optional in the Dragon Ball universe! Mai is technically middle-aged, but thanks to Shenron, she鈥檚 now a kid.
Mai's age is quite the mystery! Initially, she's around her 30s during the Dragon Ball series, but thanks to some wish shenanigans with the Dragon Balls, she ends up de-aged to a child's body in Dragon Ball Super.
Mai's age can be kinda confusing, but in Dragon Ball Super, she appears as a kid due to a wish that made her younger. Originally, she'd be around 50+ years old!
