The main character in Fallout 4, also known as the Sole Survivor, doesn't have a specified age because the game begins with them waking up from cryogenic sleep 210 years after the nuclear war. However, they're depicted as an adult in their 30s or early 40s before entering the vault.

Technically ancient, but biologically? 30s or 40s, easy. Thanks to being frozen, they skip right over those awkward middle ages.

The age isn't directly stated, but judging by the pre-war segment, late 30s to early 40s seems about right. Cryo-sleep keeps them fresh!
